Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 2 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with tags intact.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it.

After inspection, if the product meets our refund criteria, the refund will be approved.


5. Refund Payment:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15-20 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 


4. Exchange Policy

If you prefer, you may also request an exchange for another product of equal value. The exchange process follows the same steps as the refund.
